  • We understand that when you make an order, you want it as quickly as possible and we do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly with a proper packaging to avoid any damage and  make it reach at your door step fast!

  • ​Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping / business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Standard Shipping:

  • We generally Dispatch your Order in next 2 Days of your order Confirmation

  • ​Delivery is done generally in three to seven business days. (depending on the delivery location)

For Surat , Ahmedabad, Vadodra, Mumbai,

it genrally Takes 2-3 Days to Reach as soon as we Dispatch it

For Delhi, Banglore, Pune, other gujarat/maharastra cities

it genrally Takes 3-5 Days to Reach as soon as we Dispatch it

For Kolkata and other odd sectors, (Eg: Chennai, Amritsar, Noida, etc)

it genrally Takes 5-7 Days to Reach as soon as we Dispatch it

For Super odd sectors like North east, J&k, Andaman,

it genrally Takes 10-15 Days to Reach as soon as we Dispatch it

Note : Due to covid 19 situation sometimes delivery can take more days depending on the location, kindly bear with us.

T​racking id :

  • We send you the tracking within 24-48 hours of the dispatchment with the courier partner tracking link & there customer care details on your provided whats app number.

Delay in shipping :

  • In some odd areas the courier partners don’t visit frequently so you might face a delay in delivery which is simply not in our han, hope you understand. (Eg other areas of city, hostels on highways etc..)

  • in some rare cases you will have to self collect the same from the courier office as per the situation or delivery areas non availability.

  • some rarely odd cases if your courier gets stuck with a closed/unoperational courier office, it may take a time to get it back to us so we can redispatch the same , so you’ll have to bare with us for that tme being.

  • At any given point even if your courier is delayed we simply can’t cancel your order, hope you consider to understand as these are all custom made products and the logistics part is simply not in our hand.

  • Logistics is a multi-people Chain so Sometimes Due to Courier Handlers & their Situations the Delivery Might Get Delayed, Hope you Consider Understanding that somethings are simply not in our hands.

  • If You choose not paying the extra shipping we send your prouct through India Post, we simply don’t take any guarantee of their timeline of delivery, you will have to deal with same yourself as it was your choice completely.

Courier return :

  • Genrally courier partners do call up the receiver if any confusion at the time of delivery , if you/they dont pickup the same or even if the call dosent goes through sometimes due to network issue .The courier partner do return the parcel back to us. (Which will be charged additional shipping for redispatchment)

  • Even in some rarely odd cases if your courier gets stuck with a closed/unoperational courier office, it may  take a time to get it back to us so we can redispatch the same , so youll have to bare with us for that tme being.

  • In cases where you have provided a incompletle address, wrong mobile number or non avability of reciver on the time of delivery, the courier company will return it back to us and you will be charged additional for the re-shipping of the same.

Order Cancellation:​

  • we genrally dont take cancellation request as we try to process your order as soon as possible with us .

  • only in term of few rare cases we can try and cancel your order if not already processed (Which you will have to check with us via call ) still we will have to deduct some cancellation charges depending on the order (Genrally ₹ 50-100  as we are also charged by our payment gateway partner for the transaction)

  • still the rights to the same remains with us completly.​

Shipping Costs:

  • Most of our products are with including shipping rates only.​

  • The Shipping Charges will be Standard ₹100 on other products.​

  • ​​The charges depend on the product size, value and shipping address ( pincodes) .

  • In some odd areas ( pincodes ) shipping can be additinal later as per the courier rates for the same or in some cases will take more time to reach then normal if done under low shipping cost.

Delivery policy:​

  • For domestic buyers, while delivering the product the courier company is liable to take sign on POD from the customer / the person who takes the delivery at the given address. In case any dispute arises related to the delivery of the product, the signed POD will be presented for clarification / verification by the courier partner for which you can contact them yourself .

  • ​If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with mail invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. (Do take a  proper start to end unwarpping video of the same)

  • In case of any discrepancy accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency as well with there customer care, so that we may pursue with Courier Company.

Return & Exchange Policy

In which Cases we return, refund or exchange?

  • WE ONLY ENTERTAIN EXCHANGE IN EVENT OF DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED TO YOU WHICH WE SHOULD BE INFORMED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY WITH THE SNAP SHOT OF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED OVER MAIL OR WHATS APP .

Note : we need a clear unwarpping video of the product from the start to the end to initate the exchange.

wrong product deliverd ?

  • IN SUCH CASE YOU WILL HAVE TO COURIER US THE SAME AND WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME PRODUCT , POST VERIFICATION OF THE UNUSED / UNDAMAGED  PRODUCT RECEIVED BY US .

Damaged product deliverd ?

  • we need a clear unwarpping video of the product from the start to the end to initate the exchange of product.

  • you will have to send us back the parcel if demanded by us (Depending on the product) post that only we will be able to send you the fresh one.)

  • you will have to pay the reshipping charges for the new product to be sent, as we will be baring the whole cost of the new product on ourself (hope you understand damgaes are not done intentionally by us nor we use cheap packing / courier services for the same to happen)

 When can a product be returned or exchanged?

  • We provide exchange only in the event of Damaged or Wrong product received by you.

Time limit of exchange?

  • The exchange of Product may take 7-15 Business days depending on how fast you courier the same back to us.

Note :  WE ONLY PROVIDE ONE EXCHANGE ON A PRODUCT POST WHICH WE WON’T BE ABLE TO HELP YOU UNLESS A UNCERTAIN SCENARIO OCCURS , THE RIGHT TO THE SAME STANDS WITH US
